Would request my hon'ble lawyers friends, to provide me a detailed format of
"Special power of Attorney". Since I'll be abroad for few weeks, my partner would handle all my property(ies) affairs in my absence.
This SPA should be detailed in each respect so as he may be able to handle each and every affair of my Property(ies), so as I could have handled, if I would had been present.

Dear Mr.Narang,
You are saying you would be away only for a few weeks,is SPA necessary.You have to fullfill lot of formalities and get it registered too.Anyway for your information I am giving you the proforma,but do engage a good lawyer.
Special Power of Attorney to Present Document for Registration
