Counter case against false dowry case

I have enough evidence to prove my innocence.
1. Letter written by her before leaving home.
2. Call conversation recording.
3. Proof of presence in organization of the day she mentioned in her FIR.
4. Speed post and Registry receipt of letter i sent her to call her back.
Plz guide me.
I am Muslim and marriage was according to Muslim Personal Law.

why you want to file counter case and spend more money on lawyers?
fight dowry case and if you have evidence you mention then you will win the case .
dont waste time and money on counter cases .

To supplement reply of Shri Sethi, you will be inviting extra tension also on continuous basis for yourself till both the cases are decided in your favour. If you lose any one of the cases, that would have the casting effect on the other case also.
So, better concentrate on the existing case.

Thanks for your valuable advice.
I lost my Job. Me and my family has already gone through a extreme critical phase of our life that is why i thought that, the people like my In-Laws should taught a lesson.
498a is pending and not started yet while maintenance is under trial.

Don't get entangled in counter cases at this juncture. First bail yourself out of 498A. If you have sufficient material to prove your innocence, you may also consider moving the HC for quash.

Fight the cases on merits.
The trial itself would provide opportunities to file counter.

it is indeed very frustrating that on account of flase cases lodged by wife you have lost your job .
but a vindictive attitude of filing counter cases wont help you . it iwll lead to more bitterness in your life .
my advice to you is do yoga , meditation

Have you submitted your defence evidences in court?Concentrate only about the above cases and nothing else,and if the merits favour you,be assured of comming out without a scratch.
