Sbi bank matter

(Querist) 11 May 2012 This query is : Resolved 
sir,

after full and final payment to the sbi bank on 7th april 2012,bank is not ready to provide NOC's to me and guarantors,security documents etc.can we file police case against bank manager ? pls reply
