Divoce petition

(Querist) 10 April 2012 This query is : Resolved
In Divorce Petition on behalf of wife, I have filed certain documents with claim affidavit. Husband did not admit any of them. Can I show it to husband in his cross examination? If he admits the same, can it be exhibited? Is it required that I should prove it independently by calling separate witness? Kindly advise.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 10 April 2012
You have to have to call author of Document to get it exhibited. Then you can ask question to husband with ref to doc.

Thanks to all the experts for kind advice. These documents are medical laboratory reports bearing name of the husband and dignosing him sufferring from severe oligospermia. If laboratory authorities do not turn up for witness, how can these documents be proved and used as evidence.
Shonee Kapoor (Expert) 11 April 2012
Upon summoning the doctor would appear.
