i am searching for some recent citations whether a company can claim interest on the principal amount deposited with another company pertaining to a transaction under an agreement.

Dear Mr.Chandan,

It depends on the contents of the agreement.If in the agreement it is said that interest should be paid on the principal amount,then only the company can claim.

If a person is missing for more than 10 years and if i want to file a decleration suit then who and all has to be made party as defendants. Is there any decided cases of any high court or supreme court. Pls help me out...
