Dear Experts,
My Grandfather has purchased a plot in 1993, Note: At that time that was agriculture land only and even now its not approved colony.
that land belongs to 3 brothers, and that plot was sold jointly by 2 brothers to my grandfather from their share, proper documentation is done on our registry for identifying the plot and even both of them have left the space of street from their share and now last year 3rd brother of them sold our plot saying that he has balance share to sell and that plot space belongs to him, immediately we filed case in local court and no stay is given till date, its been 1 year now and more over 8 months back we file criminal proceedings but after 2 independent enquirers, which was against them, DIG is not filing fir against them as they influential people and working in district police only. even we have given written application to get inquiry report, but that was verbally rejected by them saying DIG has ordered not to give till final verdict. Sir pl. help how can we proceed further.

You should also file a civil suit for partition and possession as you share duly purchased from lawful owners cannot be sold by any other person. If required, your present suit can be got amended accordingly.
it shall be better to have services of any expert lawyer and obtain his firm advice by showing him all relevant documents.
Invoke the procedure of 156 (3) Cr. PC for lodging FIR.

Your Civil case is already going on where in injunction has not been granted to you as you state but do not tell why?
There can not be any opinion about civil suit without file.
In criminal side,as told s.156(3)Cr. PC is the road to go.
