Dear Expert,
My father has given one house as a gift to his own brother's son. my uncle was die 10 years ago. It was a very old home that is purchased by my father and we were also living in same house but 35 years ago we shifted to some other place and my uncle and there family was living in same old building. My uncle's son given some excuse they don't have money to purchase home and given commitment to serve my father rest of life but after registry of home, they are not talking to my father.
registry was around 120 days old. is there any procedure to roll back this registry by my father?

No. He may however try to declare the gift as null and void through the court of law if he could succeed in proving that he was forced to sign the gift deed by the donees.

No!there is no such possibility to roll back from a registered commitment. Once gifted gifted for ever unless the consent is proved to have been obtained by some fraud, undue influence, misrepresentation,or coercion, proved by a law suit in court of law.
