Thanks to all experts. however this query was posted just to verify my knowledge. I will answer about this query. the instant agreement is registrable if the same is related to immovable property. party is from overseas or domestic does not make any difference. further stamp duty shall be as per state act provisions. if any further query arises you are welcome to post regarding business law.

The answer provided by you is OK. Sec 17 of the Registration Act may be seen on the question as to which documenrts are required to be compulsorily registered. So far as stamping of a documents, the local Stamp Act should be referred to.
