Mr.Shonee Kapoor,

In DV Act only appeal is allowed. There is no concept of revision.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 05 January 2012
In DV Act sec 29 provides for appeal within 30 days of order. Interim orders are also order.

I got stay on DV act case interium order one year before .After that they propose her wish for one timle settelement subject to mitual divorce in district court.(Here she has to file case for mitual divorce and I have to give concern)But divorce petition is pending with highcourt at this stage.
But as proposed she had not taken any steps for mitual divorce for the last 1 year and in mean time, this dv act case was transfered to additional district court in her taluk. By this time if the new judge vacted the stay order, shall I go to HC for against stay vacated.

Dear Sirs,
I got stay in district Court,on DV act case interium order for Rs.9000/-pm, one year before. But now,the case was dismissed and the order was passed to pay Rs.4000/-pm ,without considering my answer that, already one order was passed on 5.4.2005,by Magistrate Court for Maintanance Amount of Rs.2000/-pm under 125 crpc act . (Aginst this order I paid maintanance amount of Rs.2000/-pm up to Oct'2007)

Shall I go for appeal to High court, for quashing this case against the DV act case order as above.

pls help me by sugession in this regard.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 15 August 2014
If your pleading to that effect was duly considered by appellate court then there is no use to file appeal otherwise you have every right to do so.
