Provide me with any citation of judgment wherein it has been held that Accident Claims Tribunal constituted under Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 can dtermine the compensation under the Provisions of Workmens Compensation Act, and Tribunal has powers to grant the compensation in case claim for death of a workman has been filed before it and shall not dismiss the claim petition.

seems to be impossible...how can a court having jurisdiction in MV cases will decide WC case, when the matter has not been entrusted to it and above all the proceedings are of different nature.
