None of us learned things as Abhimanyu did.

It's bad to think about format as an advocate.

It's better to understand the concept of injunction,the very basis on which it can be claimed and circumstances in which it can be denied.

If you comprehend with what i have told you
you can draft any suit of injunction any application of interim injunction .

The injunction application is to restrain the defendants from doing the illegal act. this is the simple application in which it is written that the balance of convenience is with the plaintiff and the defendants from entering in to the premises or the other place and if the defendants succeeds in there illegal act than this deficiency can not be compensated in any manner.

its not lie sir we can call us an advocate after we got degree of llb and i m doing llm.the further study after llb so i can call my self an advocate.as i m also practicing in court also.

Pl.see sec.38 and 39 of Specific Relief Act you will find the ingrediants for temporary injunction application.

I think you did not study law properly as getting ll.b degree does not make a person an advocate.

better for you take any book on legal drafting....but it still needs to apply mind to the given facts of the case while drafting a matter.
