Cancellation of conveyance deed

sir,
In development of property the builder has not given full consideration to landlord and doing conveyance can conveynce deed be declared invalid/ illigal whit needs to be done.

Without perusing the covenants in the deed it is difficult to advise, seek services of a local lawyer.

is this builder agreement? is yes ! go through terms and conditions, it would tell.

is sale deed?
for cancellation file suit at the civil court.

it appears that builder has not made full payment to owner of the property as per the development agreement .

the agreement must be containing provision that in case builder fails to make payment on time he shall be liable to pay with interest.

in addtion there must be a bank guarantee etc given by builder which can be encahsed on account of failure of the builder to make payment on time

consult a local lawyer .
