Refund of money from a private institute

Hi,
I enrolled for 2 Months computer course in a Private Institute in Noida..

They have not provided good training and the teacher uses bad language with me ....

What to do...
Should I file a Complain with the Police..?
Should i File A complain in consumer Courts...?
Please REPLY FAST.......WOULD BE GREATLY THANKFUL

first file a complaint in police station by your all students, one more petition to the regional authority of education .
