Late possecion of flat..and architect certificate

I have purchased flat in January 2009, builder has promised to give the possession in 6 months now almost two years has been passed builder has not given possession yet , and when I asked the calculation of loading area of super buildup he denied to give me architect certificate and used abusing language and told me do whatever u want , I m not going to issue u any area certificate , I have already made registration of my flat .and builder has allotted me less area, can I ask compensation of late possession ,how can I get architect certificate including super build up loading , and also builder has used poor material in building , please help me in this matter, my flat is in ambernath (maharastra)

your agreement with builder mentions area of your falt . although as per agreement flats have to be sold on carpet area in practice all sales are generally on super built up area .

if carpet area of flat is less than mentioned in agreement with the builder then you have a case . you can file case with consumer forum against builder for deficiency of service

Good case for consumer form, go to consumer form, you would get compensation for late deliver.
