can a judge praticse as an advocate in future after ceasing judgeship

Yes. It depends upon which judge you are talking. If it is a SC judge, no they cannot practice. If it is HC judge, yes they can practice only in before High Courts and Supreme Courts.

A judge of the lower court,i.e. upto a district judge can practice in any court. A judge of the HC can practice in any HC, except his own, and in SC.
A SC judge cannot practice.
