If compassionate Appointment application is rejected on medical ground in para military (applied for post of Peon and rejected for distant view)can one apply second time for other posts?
What could be the course of action of an applicant who got an impression that there is no other eligibility criterion (eye sight, hight etc) apart from financial distress due to the misleading comunication from the authority and the compassionate application is eventually rejected?

Compassionate appointment application is not for a particular post. It is for any available and suitable post.
So, if you are rejected for a specific post automatically your case will be considered by the next post which is suitable for you.
You will be given a equal opportunity with other applicants. If you are not given the reasonable opportunity, issue them a notice.

If u dont know, what is suitable for u, explain ur qualification and request in the appliction itself to appoint urself for any suitable post.
