can i file a pil against the noise pollution caused by the auto rickshaws in mumbai??..considering the fact that i am a minor??

You have stated that, you are a minor, how can you file a case in any court of law without your natural guardian?

You cannot file PIL since you are a minor.

Minor to sue by Next Friend. Order XXXII CPC: So you can file PIL through your next friend.
