Hi all,
I am not a lawyer(I discontinued my 1st yr law course), but I want to appear in person to my case. I will submit application/I.A. in this situation stamp is must to affix in the application or not ? please explain me this rules are avalable in IPC or orders or rules?....

You can represent your case as party in person. However,you are liable to pay advocate welfare fee on memo of your appearance.

You can appear as party in person. You are liable to pay court fee for the IA. You need not(cannot)pay advocate welfare fee.

You can appear before the Court in person. There is no need for any application.

You are enquiring only whether the advocate's welfare stamp needs to be affixed to the application to be submitted by you or not. You need not affix the stamp as you are not an advocate.
