Obc certificate of wife

My wife belongs to kahar cast of Bihar state where the caste is considered as obc. And I belongs to Kumhar cast of jharkand where my caste is obc too but kahar caste is considered as SC.now she need a caste certificate from jharkand {husbands state} then whether she get SC certificate or obc certificate .please advice.

The caste status doe snot change with marriage.

She is entitled for the caste just certificate for the community to which her father belonged. As you said she is OBC of Bihar.
