Police filed FIR in magistrate court,

Without producing accused can they alter the FIR.?
HAVE THEY RIGHT ALTER THE FIR WITHOUT MAGISTRATE PERMISSION?

Fir is nothing but the copy of the complaint. No one can change,but they can alter sections.

What do you mean by alteration of FIR?
To alter charge mentioned originally in FIR the police does not need consent of anyone.
