Related to caste certificate

sir, my name is Harendra singh. My question is that i belong to sc category and i have that certificate. this certicate issued in 2011 by Agra SDM but now my family is shift in ghaziabad permanently. so it is necessary to make sc certificate from ghaziabad or previous certificate is work.
i have selected in govt.company so certificate is required by him.
please answer me as soon as

The certificate from SDO, Agra holds good.

Change of certificate is required with change in paternity and not location, that too within the same state.
