What documents to be kept on record by a Bank to satisfy that EQM has been created and its lien has been notified with the revenue authorities.

If it is Agriculutral Land the Acquisition of interest by Mortgage has to be informed /recorded with Revenue Authorities ,by filign a Form VI-A in AP and Revenue Authorities will issue acknoweldgment in From VI-C - under ROR Act , if the Revenue Authorities require any further clarifications /Enquiry the Bank can show the Title Deeds deposted by the Mortgagor or the Copy of the Regd Mortgage Deed can be filed !
