Good Morning everyone, I have recently moved to an apartment on PG and my company wants me to get the PG agreement, but I'm not certain what an PG agreement looks like and how it is made! Should it be notarized stamp paper or just on ordinary papers? And if a stamp paper then which stamp paper should be used?

The orally agreed terms between you and your PG owner has to be reduced in writing and then you both need it to sign along with signature of 2 witnesses. The stamp duty would be payable as per law of state of which the matter is.Though there is a convention to reduce it in writing on a stamp of Rs.100/=00
then there are geographies where it is written on Rs.50,20.or even 10.It is Stamp duty Act of particular state that guides us what perfect duty amount is payable on a particular deed.??
If registration not required, notarization is optional matter.
A lease above period of 12 months requires
registration.
A PG may or may mot require registration depending on terms incorporated therein.
