Respected Readers, Is here any specific time period to reply for a legal notice if the time to reply for said notice not given in the notice. what would be the consequences if not replied within time limit.

generally reply to legal notice within period of 15 days from date of receipt of notice .you can reply later too

Shri Ajay Sethi & Shri R.K. Nanda, I am very thankful for your reply, further, would like to mention that, I am in receipt of said Notice from opposite council pertaining to some disputes arises between parties, So, In Order that, can it be extend to 30 days from the date of receipt or should make it with 15 days.

u can take reasonable time. There is no hard and fast rule.
It is not compulsory to reply.
Though Reply it within 15 days is preferred to safeguard your interest
