According to hindu marriage law,one year of marriage is must for divorce,but what if any party wats to file divorce before completion of one year?

also if we want to file divorce, is sepration necessary?>

pls guide experts

in exceptional circumstances you can file for divorce before expiry of one year of marriage

it is only when you file for divorce by mutual consent that one year separation is necessary

In MCD one year is must.
However in contested divorce the court may u/s 14 of HMA grant liberty to proceed with the case before the expiry of one year of the extraordinary circumstances so demands.
