Whether bank can insist the customer to use ATM CARD

Dear Sir,
Please advise whether Bank has the right to turned down the request of any customer who want to withdraw money from the cash counter and insist it to use ATM card???

No. Bank has no autority to instruct its customer to use only ATM and not to withdraw amount from the bank counter.

Bank cannot insist the customer to use ATM card, but it requests the customers to use the ATM card to avoid the rushes and for the convinience of the customers.

ATM is the additional and easy and convenient facility for the customer, if he doen't want to some reasons like NOT FAMILIAR WITH ATM'S,ILLITERACY ETC.,can avoid the facility with intimating to BANK.
