Using pursis during cross

Hi Experts,
If anyone is aware about Pursis, can anyone comment how can i use Pursis effectively during cross examination of my wife in a civil case ?
She has given affidavit as her chief in a civil matter.
Pls guide me how can i screw her in this matter ?

Hello Devajyoti Ji,
The case is related to Civil suit of rent filed against my loving wife. Now she has submitted her affidavit during her evidence stage where she has given the real facts in distorted manner and one thing to note here is that she and her parents are the party ie deponents in this case, but only she has submitted the affidavit. Her parents have not given anything so far in this case.
Pls guide me accordingly.Anything else you want to know, pls let me know.

Why are you against her in a rent case?
If you are separate couple then let her fight the case. DO not meddle her where you are not a party.

Hello Devyajyoti,
I am against her because i am facing the no. of false cases. And she has been screwed in this rent case and which will help to bring out the real facts if i ask the opposite party advocate to file Pursis.
Pls guide accordingly. I need to have excellent cross examination from other party so that bundle of lies will come out during cross.

I fail to understand how her lies in this Rent case would help you in your matrimonial cases.

Her lies like she do not have money to stay although she is paying rent of 15k. Then she says she is not working, despite she is living in a different city where she is earning 45-50k. Many more lies like that, she is not leaving the rented accomodation although i stopped paying rent......the owner wants her to leave the house which she is not doing ............
Before giving any judgment that how her lies will help me, its better if u tell something about PURSIS.
Above are only small no. of contradictions and lies, if i write here abt her lies anc contradictions, i can write a book on that.
Pls guide accordingly.

You can not have her income recorded in rent case as it is irrelevant.
From certified copy of the pleading you can have her rent. Produce it in your court.
Lies or contradiction in Rent case has nothing to with your marital cases unless such facts which has some bearing.

Lies and contradictions in rent case has absolute bearing on criminal cases. Civil case documents are bound to be considered in criminal cases. Also her income record is relevant in Rent case, like if she is not having any income then why she is living in different city than her parents and why she is paying 15k rent and how ? These all are relevant and absolute relevant facts which can divert the cases absolutely towards the truth.
The facts mentioned in DV Case is like she is having no income, then how come she pays 15k rent and if no income then why she is not staying in her home where she do not have to pay any rent ?
Then Why she is staying in different city, she has to state that she is working thats why she is living there and then we may call her MNC records u/s 91.
WE CAN RECORD HER INCOME as in Rent suite, she has stated in her affidavit that she is not working, whereas she is .......If she wanted to avoid her income then there was no need to mention in affidavit that she is not working and no source of income......These all are absolutely relevant.
Pls guide how PURSIS CAN HELP ME ??? Despite of having discussion on her lies and contradictions.

expert devajyoti Barman has rightly answered. Obtain the certified copy of the proceedings in the rent control court, produce them as documents with your pleadings before the family court, take relief from that.

If you are lodging a complaint on some one in court you should have proof documents in support of your claim accompanying the petition.
Try to pick up from the lies those that you can prove to be so.
