Hello,
I have moved into a newly constructed flat and I am planning to have box type grills installed for my house. However, the builder is against this. I wen through the agreement o sell document and found a point mentioned as indicated below:
"The purchaser shall not make any additions or alterations or cause damage to any portion of the apartment building or the schedule C flat and not to change the outside color scheme, outside elevation/façade/décor of the building otherwise than in a manner agreed to by the majority of the flat owners"
If I go as per this point, only the majority of the flat owners have the right to take a call on the alterations/modification etc. Is my understanding correct? If yes, as one of the owners in this apartment, what rights do I have in order to get the needful done?
