498 and 306 case

My bhabhi attempted suicide and case of harassment against all in laws except husband , died after two months, for 498 i got bail in jfmc ,after death 306 will enter, chargesheet filed after seven months, no evidence against me, till date no information reg. Status, i am living away from relatives since 15 years , now what will be the bail status , if i have to go for another bail, is there any scope of discharge of case before trial, what should be future precautionary steps for me , pl guide me

Technically, the bail shall run for the entire trial, but if the court frames charges against you then the court may ask for fresh bail.
Find out whether you have been named in the Chargesheet submitted by the police.
You may argue for your discharge at the time of framing of charges by the court or may go for quashing petition before the Hon'ble High Court, if advised keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case.

Unless you are summonned by police, you need not worry. It is better on your part to provide in writing your latest address with phone no. to IO so that he may intimate you to come present on the day of filing the charge-sheet.
If you are included as an accused even after finalization of the investigation, the police shall definitely require your presence at the time of filing challan.
Fresh bail legally is not required.

Sir,
not summoned by police/court till date, i gave my current address while applying bail in jfmc court,my parents and their lawyer never in touch of me , my lawyer told me to just wait, but i heard from other relatives on phone that chargesheet filed, anticipatory bail given to other two accused, what should be steps by me, because believing my earlier bail not cancelled and no summons hence just kept quiet.
