Reversionary rights

can the divorced husband can have the reversionary right of the property, who gifted his property to the divorced wife and subsequently she died intestate. any citation in this aspect

When you made the gift it became her absolute property.There after DIVORCE took place where after she died intestate.Then her succession
would be governed by section 15 and section 16 of the Hindu Succession Act.You being none of her would not be entitled to inherit her property in any manner.

NO reversion CAN occur HERE IN YOUR CASE unless your gift deed contained a legal clause of reversion.

One gift is made unconditionally, it can never be reversed under any law.
