Once in mcd, custody and access both denied to father ? can father lateron claim custody / access of the children (child age is 9 /11 respectively)

Yes, child custody can always change if the welfare of the child so demands.

If you care for the child, if you create a sense of faith/trust in the mind of child and he feels easy with you, if you have more arrangement for incurring over his present and future than his mother, if you have arrangement to develop his life than his mother only then your claim can be got entertained in comparison to your wife.

To show their better welfare you have to first show that their welfare is at stake with the mother.

Visitation or access of the father is hardyly refused by the court.

So what was the ground behind this? It seems some serious allegations against you was proved.

Adv Barman, In the given case , court ordered Acess order but wife refused for the same . In order to take divorce and to settle the case , father agreed in mcd not to take a access rights. Can father afterwards avial the access rights in future?
