Sir,
wife filed 494, but before that husband filed u/s 11 in fam.court for N&V. Then if N&V is declared first by famcourt, then will 494 case in other court do on or will come to hold. Or. till 494 decision comes, will famcourt wait and hold on N&V case? please give your expert advise. pleasee..

No court will wait for the result of another case. Both the suit would go on independently .
The verdict in the civil suit is binding on the criminal court THOUGH THE VICE VERSA IS NOT RIGHT.

If marriage has been declared as null and void, the scope for the trail of case under section 494 IPC goes with the same. The accused shall be discharged on moving an application on that ground.

Sir, she wants to ask that how to get the 494 case continued till the end till boy gets sentence and such that other case like N&V doesnot interfere with it. please please give advicce to get him sentensed.

Thank for advise but pleese guide me please... So sir, whenever N&V is declared by fam.cort then at that time 494 will stop in between only without punishment to culprit ? if it is so then, bigemists can escape easily when N&V is declared. please exlplain me ...i did not understand....please.
