i have one defence cottage for my mother father whose subader in miltry. after 55 years goS.no.166 2008 . regularized & transfer of property. my mother brother did nt give my mother share . file regulariz and transfer of property. in mro office . or collector office . please suggest me how i am take my mother share and stop the processing the file. urgent reply me

Your maternal uncle didn't provide the share of your mother.

As per my knowledge, being Muslim, your mother has got no share in the properties of your maternal grandfather though he may be Retd. Subedar in Army.
