498a - false complaint

Hi
My wife had given complaint against me for booking me U/S 498a, 406 etc.
I am done with CAW cell inquiry and the report is in my favor that there has been no dowry demand etc but regarding her other alleged claim that her valuable things and ornaments are with me. CAW cell has written in the report that we both are allegating each other for those things and they are unsure with whom things are.
This report has been forwarded to SP office.
Believe, now SP will call both of us.
Kindly let me know that after CAW cell, what will be the role of SP office now.
Believe, I have escaped 498a but what about 406 or her false claims that her costly things are lying with me and i am not returning same.
Can i be arrested U/S 406 for above false charge.
What will be the course of action after clean report from CAW cell. Kindly guide.

yes, you can be arrested in 406, seek AB.

With due respect, I can understand Shonee Sir's reply but rest don't seem to have their individual perspective to any problem.
Its like attendees of any 'Mushiara', one replies, others only say 'Wah Wah'. Just copy cats, no application of own mind. Its not about this thread only, i have seen same on many threads.
If you don't have any independent different opinion on the post/query, please don't reply.

You are absolutely right.
Sir, the reality is that i posted this query earlier with basic details. Only Shonee Sir replied to that.
Now, i have reframed query as per latest developments and wanted to have expert views of you all on this.
Nobody is perfect or complete. You experts might have added to shonee sir's earlier reply.
Wise persons says that its always to have second opinion on all the important matters. That was my only objective Sir, nothing else. You let me know, otherwise why one would waste his and your time, if there is no change in the circumstances or he is expected to get same answer.
That was my idea. I unconditionally apologize to all, if they got hurt by this.
