Dies (2003) intestate leaving self acquired property. Is daughter entitled for share together with sons?

If a hindu male dies leaving behind his self-acquired property, then all his legal heirs [i.e. his mother, widow, son(s) and daughter(s)] are entitled to inherit the property in EQUAL SHARE.

Yes if hindu male dies intestate leaving behind his self acquired property then all his legal heirs are entitled to inherit the property in equal share as advised by Mr R.Ramchandran.

ALL EXPERTS have unanimously opined only one view to repeat that when a hindu died intestate leaving behind sons and daughters
the self acquired property shall devolve upon them equally without any gender bias.
