my husbands bail plea is rejected in session court can he apply for bail once again in session court only is same judge will hear the case he is under jc from 12/8/11 is it better to approach high court pl advise

You can apply for bail once again in session court.But if U have no any new ground than it will better to approach high court.

Yes, Mr.Shastri is right. you should no approach the Sessions Court if no new ground exist.
