Mobile tower

Dear Sir
I am Vijendra from Jaipur and I would like to share about mobile tower removable process as One Mobile company has install mobile tower at Near by our home before 5 to 7 Year and we are not agree and not granted permission for same
And at the time of installation one Iron part also fell down at our house and we have lodge complaint in police and local auth however no one take action to stop work and we also file a case in civil court as same is install in residential area and they not take permission from our colony because no one is agree for this Now kindly suggest as case is pending in court from long time and court not taken any step for this
So kindly tell me process where I can try to remove mobile tower

you have already filed civil case against mobile company . it will take some time for final orders to be passed in suit .

you should ve gone through the relevant rules adopted by the Department of Telecom and the Local government in this regard.

it is not merely a question of your permission...this is a larger controversy and involved public interest.

Civil Suit is a longer process, consult some good lawyer and find out some scope for Writ Petition instead of Civil Suit.

but simultaneously keep in mind that the pending or withdrawn civil suit shall not be a hurdle to Constitutional Remedies.
