what documents required for new registration of proprietorship Firm and first what should I do for the fresh registration of the firm in the service tax department.

you will have to cancel your old registartion . surrender your registration certificate . the superintendent of central excise on being satisfied that all dues have been paid till date cancel old registartion

make an application for registration with supdt of central excise in form ST -1 . application ofr registartion has to be within 30 days of commecement of business
