Amending the schedule of plaint

Hi,

A recovery suit was filed and the Hon. Court has allowed conditional attachment of property. The attachment was effected at the office of the Sub-registrar also. However, now it was found that there was an error in the Survey Number and the extent of the property.

Please let me know the available remedy to correct it.

you will have to take out chamber summons for amendment of plaint

If this mistake is done by the sub-registrar then tell him to rectify the mistake.

Expert ajay sethi is right ,amendment then modification in order then only registrar will entertain your corrected shedule,all of it a court matter and notof registrar as advised wrongly by Mr.adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) .
