flat puchase agreement

I am purchasing flat in Mumbai. The agreement deed prepared by the builder mentioned some points as it is as per annexure attached , but he has not enclose any annexure details with the agreement deed. Plz. guide.

how can that be intelligible 2 any one.
ask what is his hardship in doing so.

Before finalising the deal, it is vital for you to fully understand each and every point covered in the agreement. No such hidden clauses which cannot be disclosed to you, be agreed to, so that future complications are avoided.
