complaint against mobile company

I received a call from reliance (Rim) on 11.12.2010 by employee of reliance namely Mr.Rakesh and he started giving information regarding new scheme "India Super Saver Service" and after information he disconnected the phone. After two days when I enquire about balance Ifound that my balance of Rs.35/- has been deducted by your company.
That today i.e. 14.12.2010 when I called to company's call centre at about 8 PM employee Mr.Alok Kumar refused to institute complaint of mine and abuse me. Again I call to company call centre at about 8.45 PM the employee Mr.Bhim Singh also refused to institute my complaint and roughly reply me.
Please tell me about the legal action which I can take against company and please provide me the formate of the petition.

Yes you can lodge complant aginst the company before the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. Visit its website and do the needful.

Issue notice to the co., apart from lodging complaint with telecom Authority of India.
You can issue notice claiming the damages and playing unfair trade prctices. If the co., failed to respond then file a consumer complaint in the Dist., Consumer Forum claiming the compensation and claim the refund of Rs.35

This a very serious matter involving graduated robbery by these people. You complaint to the Telecom Authority of India for necessary action.

Consumer Forum has got no jurisdiction to try a telecom dispute. Only the TRAI has got such power.

The telephone company is having Consumer redressal cell as per the directions of the TRAI. The proceedings will similar like consumer court. So, you can give the complaint to the Nodal Officer u/s 8 d of the Telecom Consumers Protection and Redressal of Grievances Regulations 2007.

If it fails you can file an appeal u/s 11 to the managing Director.
