We have won 3912 section imposed by the opposite party . Our loyer askes us to file WS. what happens after filling WS? Please Explain the whole process which is followed by the honourable court after filling WS

Follow the advice of your lawyer. He is the best judge. We do not have the complete case papers. You can ask all your doubts and get it clarified from your lawyer.
