if some one infected by HIV and if there will be a law preventing him from marriage then will it amounts to violation of human right...?

If you are affected by HIV, morally it is your obligation to reveal it openly and resist yourself getting married by saving not only the prosperity of another but also putting his/her life in danger on account of transmission of this dreaded disease. The law does not prohibit such marriages expressly by any statute. But if the marriage is performed in concealment of such diseases it provides a ground to declare such marriages as void under the marriage laws. It cannot amount to violation of human right.

Yes all law takes care of all inhuman acts nullifying them at the first place and there is no question of human rights issue involved in such marriages.

People living with HIV also have the right to live and to marry as other people. BUT only thing is that they have to reveal their status to their partner before marriage.
