Wich registration office is required for property deal?

we r going to sale a property in Pune corporation area.
We stay in Pimpri - Chinchwad corporation area.
Now registering of property sale deed should be done in same corporation area where the property is situated or we may do it in Pimpri Chinchwad area also?

Property registration is to be done at the designated registration office where the property is situated.

pune crporation area is having 14 registration offices for differnt areas as per locations. you have to go to respective office.

Any property to be registered before the Registrar having Jurisdiction on that property.
