What is remedy if husband marry to another women

Respected Legal Expert,
My divorce petition is pending in the court and the Ld.Judge gave us 6 Month time for divorce.Till now 6 months not ended yet and Divorce is not final and my husband married to another lady.Will you please guide me what should I do now.Can he marry to another womer when the divorce petition is pending

That marriage is clearly illegal and hence you could file a case for bigamy and for declaring that marriage as a void one apart from other regular cases.

Rightly suggested by the learned senior, it is a fit case of bigamy and you can file a complaint against your husband.

As you are going to have mutual consent divorce, i think you must not have any problem even if your husband has remarried. Better to wait for next date and get rid of him.
