EVICTION OF TENANT

I have rented my property situated in delhi on a monthly rent exceeding rs. 3500.The lease deed is not registered and has expired. How do I evict the tenant who has not paid rent for over three months. Thanks

Yes, Even though lease deed is not registered even then you can get the tenated property evicted by serving the tenant a notice for eviction failing which by filing eviction petition.

Issue notice u/s 106 of TP Act to the tenent instructing him to vacate the house within given time, if he failed then file a suit for poseession.

You can initiate Rent control proceedings for eviction under the ground wilful default as your tenant not paid rent for three months
