If the father had created the HUF firm along with his sons with the name of (M/S some one else name)does the son has the right to partition in the fathers HUF properties which he formed with some one else name and sign himself as a karta of that HUF

Yes, the formation of HUF does not debar the co sharer from claiming partition.

The sons can claim share in the HUF firm.

Yes. Son being a member of HUF can get the property of HUF partitioned, if he is alienating such HUF.
