regarding termination during the period of training

sir,
some of my friend have been dismissed from the employment during the period of training, can it possible to challange before the labour court in bangalore.

there was a training period of 2 years, but they have completed the 2 years, managemnet intentionally by extending the training period avoid them to post in probationary period and dismissed them,

and they have not given any memo regarding the unsatisfactory work

sir, can you provide me some important citation regarding this

You have not mentioned the terms of agreed appointment agreement/letter which is the basic document to reply accurately your query.

It all depends on the terms and conditions of your appointment letter. Go through the terms and conditions of Appointment letter and consult with a local lawyer.

Employer is entitled to terminate the services of any probationer if it is able to substantiate the nature of unsatisfactory work which must be one of the clauses in the terms and conditions of employment. However, such under-performances should have been properly intimated in advance be means of Memo or Notice to the employer.

YOU ARE NOT A PERMANENT STAFF.TRAINEES AND PROBATIONERS ARE NOT PERMANENT EMPLOYEES TILL CONFIRMATION LETTER IS ISSUED TO THEM.
HENCE TRAINING PERIOD EXTENDED BY EMPLOYER THEN YOU MAY FILE A WRIT PETITION REGARDING ILLEGALITIES BY THE EMPLOYER AND SEEK INFORMATION ON TOTAL TRAINEES AND NO.OF TRAINEES CONFIRMED AFTER PROBATION AND TRAINING . THERE ARE CHANCES THAT IN CASE THERE IS ILLEGALITY ,CO.MAY COMPROMISE WITH YOU.
