I have done 28yrs of service in an insurance company .Now I want to give resignation due to some medical problem .

My age is 50yrs & according to our service condition I can give resignation after attaining the age of 55yrs. Pl. tell if I resign from the job Will I get my PF, Gratuity & other benefit

OR

Pl. guide How can I quit the service to get all my benefits

Terms and conditions of your employment would not forbid you to gain your PF and gratuity entitlements. You can very well submit your resignation to your employer enclosing all medical records of your problems and seek relief from the job with all entitlements.

you will defenitely get your PF and gratuity.

other benefits if any depends upon the acceptance and other conditions of employment.

I have similar opinion as of Partha and mahender.

Dear Anonymous,

Your PF and gratuity are happen to be the legitimate monies in trust with the statutory bodies which are regulated through the terms of employment.

Best Regards

Daksh
