hello sir
i plane to open sole propritor ship but i am confused about registration i want to know who to regiterd and what a full process in details.
I hope sir u will help me for this

Unlike other constitution of businesses like partnership, company LLP's etc... there is no law/act for registration of a sole proprietary business. The business and the owner are one and the same except that the business has to be registered under sales tax or a trade license has to be obtained in the business name there are no other mandatory registration applicable.
